1.Application of Polyurethane sole material
Polyester polyol or polyether polyol as component A, Isocyanate as component B, Catalyst as component C
2. Raw material Storage Conditon
Materials should be stored in the cool and well-ventilated places which will be prevented from being filled with water and open flames.
3.Raw material melting method
Component A: 60-70°C for 6-8 hours. 37-45°C
Component B: 50-60°C for 5-6 hours.40-48°C
Component C: No need to heat.
Mold temperature 40-50°C
4.Additives ratio method
The required amount of catalyst, pigment and hardner are added into component A. Timely put them into component A tube in the foaming machine after mixing them well by the high-speed agitator. Tighten and seal it.
1.Matching ratio is based on the optimal matching value which will vary with the category and additive amount of paint additives added.
2.Free foam density will vary with the seasons (temperature, humidity).
3.Stripping time will be extended with the increase of the thickness of moldings.
4.Folding enduurance conditions: bending angle is 90 degrees and the frequency is 80 times/min * 40 thousand times
